As creator of VEG out with Vilms, my vision is a world free of disease, mental, emotional and physical poverty. My purpose and mission is to raise consciousness worldwide by inspiring and facilitating holistic transformation in people for a kinder, healthier planet.
There is nothing that has profoundly changed me more than living vegan! This beautiful lifestyle has enabled me to thrive on healthy and delicious food (cooked and raw). I have recreated and “veganized” recipes from my childhood and created this blog so I could share them with others! Feel free to browse my vegan and raw vegan recipes. Pass them on to your friends!
As a result of my new, compassionate and fulfilling lifestyle, I have become certified in Plant-based Nutrition, and I am a certified Living on Raw Chef Level One.
