Everyone LOVES ice cream! Here is simple, healthy and delicious raw vegan recipe. This can be eaten for breakfast or as a snack. Children will love this one!
heavy-duty high-speed blender
2-3 frozen bananas (peeled and cut into pieces)
3/4 cup blueberries
2 dates (soaked)
1. Place blueberries in blender
2. Add frozen bananas
3. Chop dates in half and add them to blender.
4. Blend. You will have to stop the blender and scoop the bottom off and on. Keep blending, and you will soon see soft ice cream.
You may also use strawberries, raspberries, or blackberries instead of the blueberries. Or, you can use a combination of the above fruit.
(serves 2-3 generously)
