Banana & Papaya Rawkin All-Fruit Smoothie

Here is a delicious, quick, hearty raw vegan winter smoothie for those who love papaya!


Basic or heavy duty blender


4-5 bananas – peeled

1 -2 inches fresh ginger

4-5 dates – cut in half

1 papaya – seeded and peeled

1/2 cup coconut flakes or coconut meat



Add fruit and ginger to blender. Fill half of blender mix with water.  Blend until smooth.  Add more water for a thinner consistency.


(serves 2-3)
